Installatie CS6 Desing & Webpremium Windows 7 (32 bits) vastloper bij AdobeHelp, help?!

Bij het installeren van CS6 Design & Webpremium krijg ik geen foutmelding maar wel loopt hij steevast vast bij 13% en bezig is met Adobe Help, kan het liggen dat ik werk met 32 bits? Wieowie kan mij helpen?Heb de software al wel geinstalleerd op een laptop met Windows 8 wat geen problemen gaf...
