Installatie van de CC app lukt niet onder Windows 10, iemand een idee ?

So this is the error message >>

C:\Users\Owner\Downloads\CreativeCloudSet-Up.exeBestandssysteemfout (FileSystemerror) (-1073741819).

Do you know something about this ??

Hi Jeff,

today i installed PS and Lightroom on my Macbook Air without any problems. So the problem should be in Windows i guess. Tomorrow work on the windows machine.

Thanks for the update Rob.  The same document referenced in message #4 contains information on how to review the installation log files for both Mac OS and Windows.  If you discover any errors in the logs please feel free to post them to this discussion.

Robl94002062 in what way is the installation not working?  Do you receive any error messages?  What are you installing?

Hi Jeff, I try to install the CC app on my desktop with Windows 10. After the download there should be a message thats photoshop / lightroom could be installed. But nothing happend. I turn out the firewall and pop up blocker, try with different browsers, safari, Firefox,  MS Edge. But after download its over.....no idea

Robl94002062 you can find details regarding the installation process at Download and install Adobe Creative Cloud apps.  Do you receive any specific errors after you choose to install Photoshop CC 2015 and Lightroom CC 2015? If so then I would recommend reviewing the installation log files for the specific error.  You can find details on how to locate and interpret the installation log files at Creative Cloud Help / Troubleshoot install issues with log files | CC.  You are welcome to update this discussion with any questions or any specific errors you discover.
