Installatiom PSE 2019 nicht möglich

Hallo, ich muss nach einem Systemabsturz das Programm PSE 2019 neu installieren. Die Installation verlagt immer wider Updates für Browsewr bzw. Betrienbssystem. Angeblich wären sie nicht mehr aktuell, sind aber auf dem neusten Stand. Was kann ich tun, um das Programm zu installieren?
