Hello, im trying to install the adobe creative cloud, Photoshop, Indesign and all of these but I keep getting an error message saying RUNTIME140.dll. I don't know how to fix that can someone please help me? thanks.

That is a Microsoft problem... Go to the Search bar at the top of http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/ to find and re-install the C runtime, or for ALL Windows help
