Installation Adobe Creative Suite 6 scheitert

Hallo Adobe-Community, folgender Fall:

Wir haben 2014 ausreichend Kauf-LIzenzen der CS6 erworben, die wir derzeit auch noch produktiv einsetzen. 

In der vergangenen Woche haben wir versucht, die CS 6 auf einer Windows10-Umgebung auf zugekaufter Hardware zu installieren, das war uns nicht mehr möglich.  Das ist die Fehlermeldung, die beim Versuch der Installation als Admin kommt:

 

ERROR: 10/19/23 10:56:13:631 | [INFO] |  | OOBE | DE |  |  |  | 14424 | ---------- CustomHook_Helperx64 ---- Start ----------

 

10/19/23 10:56:13:633 | [ERROR] |  | OOBE | DE |  |  |  | 14424 | Cannot load function name 'CSInstallerCustomHookProc' from library C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Installers\uninstall\{0327A4BF-62BF-48BB-8928-B971B749E9E1}.data. Error 193  ist keine zulässige Win32-Anwendung.

 

Auch unser sonst sehr guter und fitter IT-Dienstleister kann uns bisher nicht weiterhelfen.

Ich freue mich über konstruktive Lösungen aus der Community, die uns an der Stelle Lösungen aufzeigen. Und Nein, die Lösung ist nicht der Abschluss eines Abonnements der CC. Für unsere Zwecke reicht die CS6.

    is that computer a 64 bit computer?

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

    yes, it is. and we have several 64-bit-computers with cs 6 working on them.

    something is wrong on that computer then. it shouldn't be loading that from the x86 folder.  there's a chance you could fix it by carefully cleaning that computer of cs6 files, http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

    then restarting the computer and then trying to install
