Installation adobe products keeps hanging at 9%

Just bought a licence for adobe creative cloud and i am trying to install indesign. I tried 3 times also in save mode but every time installation stops at 9% and doesn't continu. I waited half an hour and tried again but cant get through the installation process. My account has administrative rights, installing on a mac so no difficult firewalls.

 

Anybody any thoughts/solutions?

Thnks Srishti, for helping me.

 

I read this page yesterday allready and tried everything that is said.

I tried installing about 6 times in different ways, also tried different apps. 

 

Indesign is for the time being most important for me, so i even tried to install an older version (maybe the problem is that my PC is not fast enough, allthough creativecloud indicated 100% compatibility) but i can't find the settings where i can change those preferences so i can only find the latest version.

 

Are you sure there is nothing wrong with the installprogram?

Look here: https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-2020-direct-download-links.html.

 

As adviced you should contact Contact Customer Care to get the direct download link. That will make sure that the install does not stall during downloading.
