Hi, I was trying to install adobe but once I clicked on the downloader, it said "Installation cannot continue as the installer file may be damage. Download the installer file again". I have downloaded the file again but it still didnot work.

Could you please advise?

Thanks,

Lin

Does your computer meet the minimum requirements?

Do you have enough free hard drive space?

Please give us more details about your issue and your environement.

Which operating system do you use? Please post the exact version.

Which installer you try to download and install.

What's the exact error message you get?

Do you logged into your system as an Administrator or an user with Admin rights?

Do you have tra to disable all protection programs, like virus scanner, adaware protection, internet security and so on, that's run on your system?

I was trying to install adobe to my iMac, but popup box appeared as below.

My iMac OS is Big Sur Version 11.6.1.

This is the link I clicked on and tried to install.

The Adobe package downloader box appeared first then once I clicked on "Double Click Icon to download" the error message box appeared.
