Installation Crashed PC

Contacted Tech support and was sent two installation files for Photoshop on my new PC. Followed installation instructiond and it crashed my PC. Spent hours on phone with pc tech support including complete reset to no avail. PC is inoperable and being returned to manufurer for replacement. :-C

It was probably a hardware failure that presented itself when working under load while installing.

An installation file without malware can't bork a computer.

This isn't normal behavior. Neither is the PC becoming inoperable due to an installer file running. I think sending it back to the manufacturer was the best way to go as this could be hardware related.
