Hi PPz,

Were you able to install your Adobe CC apps successfully? Are you still having issues with the installation?

If yes, then please turn off any anti-virus, system firewall, internet or browser security software installed on your machine after this follow the steps given under 'Solution 3' of the following help document: "Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app"
