Installation disappeared

Suddenly, out of the blue, my Creative Suite components have uninstalled themselves. When I hit the icon at the top of the screen, InDesign engages but it asks me if I want to buy it or have a free trial. I logged into my Adobe account and the DD payments are up to date, but it says that I have nothing installed. They were an hour ago! According to me my Applications folder and  screen dashboard they're there. Can anyone help please.

I've never heard that CC apps does uninstalling by themself.

If this doesn't help we need more informations about your environment. 

  • Which operating system do you use? 
  • Which version of CC client and apps do you use? 

Please post the exact version and not only phrases as "recent", "latest" and so on. 

 

What has been changed on your system before the error occurs, like installing updates, patches etc.?

 

My System: Intel i7-8700K - 64GB RAM - NVidia Geforce RTX 3060 - Windows 11 Pro 25H2 -- LR-Classic 15 - Photoshop 27 - Nik Collection 8 - PureRAW 6 - Topaz Photo AI
