Installation error 195 on win10 2004 full updated

Can't install Adobe XD.

Installation was interrupted with error 195: need to update windows to 1709, but i have 2004 version with all updates! 

System - i5 (3317U), 2x1,7Ghz, Intel HD Graphics 4000

 

How to resolve it?

 

PS. About year ago it was installed perfectly

    Hi Alex,

     

    Sorry to hear you are having trouble installing XD and getting error 195. Would you mind telling us if you are working on enterprise network?

    Hello

    I'm working at my own notebooks with Win10 Home

    On those laptop on wich i have 195 problem, i had the installed XD already, but now i can't install it (

    System requirements are allow it to install (i wrote it upper)
