Installation error

  1. Hi so I just started the installation process for Creative Cloud on my new MacBook Pro. And it’s been more than an hour and it still says “installing 0%” and that the installation is in progress but I see the progress. I already paid and went through al the steps and now I’m concerned it’s not going to work when I really don’t want to pay it all again. Please help.
