Do you have also deinstall the Creative Desktop client and run the CC Cleaner Tool?

Try to create a new admin account in Windows an try the installation under this account. Possible your profile has a fault.

Hi Axel,
My issue is resolve, I install a tool called : Windows CleanUp Utility and I remove Adobe DC on it.

I would suggest a complete and clean reinstallation.

Please follow the steps below:

if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)

If this doesn't help, please give us more informations including the following :

Adobe product and version number

Operating system and version number

The full text of any error message (s)

What you were doing when the problem occurred

Screenshots of the problem and/or error messages

My System: Intel i7-8700K - 64GB RAM - NVidia Geforce RTX 3060 - Windows 11 Pro 25H2 -- LR-Classic 15 - Photoshop 27 - Nik Collection 8 - PureRAW 5 - Topaz Photo

Hi thanks for the help but it doesn't work, nice try 😜

I have only Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, v21.0, on a Windows 10 v1909 (Enterprise) because of my organisation.

I have no error just :

I try to unistall (= "Désinstaller" in French) :

The status change = "waiting" (= "En attente") :

One more change for uninstalling (= "Désinstallation") :

And go back to initial status but i can't reinstall the app :
