Installation error

Hi, I'm a school student using my school domain to gain access to the adobe creative cloud. I have no trouble installing the apps on my school computer however, if i try to install them on my home computer i instatntly get a 

Instaltion failed 

Any solutions?

Have your school confirmed this is permitted with your account?

You say you "try to install them". What do you do, to try to install them. For example

- try to install the Creative Cloud Desktop app - fails

- install the Creative Cloud Desktop app - ok - and use it to install apps - fails

- run something provided by your school - fails?

Thanks for the quick response.

I cant access my school IT for atleast another week but im not aware of it being a problem.

I can install the Creative cloud app just fine but it is installing the apps which poses a problem. I've tried to install Pr Ps and Ae however none make it past 2% before failing.
