Installation error for Adobe CS 5.5 into my Alienware

I was able to install Adobe CS 5.5 into my Alienware except Premiere Pro. The error said something language pack error. I shut down the PC and tried to install 3 times but I am still getting the same error.

    Hi shigehirot20213222,

    Can you let us know the operating system of your computer and the exact error message? Post a screenshot if possible. It will help us resolve your issue.

    In the meantime, you may want to try troubleshooting using log files. Follow the steps in this document in the section on analyzing the main CS5.5 product log: Troubleshoot install issues with log files | CS5, CS5.5, CS6‌.

    I am using Windows 7 Ultimate.
