Hello, when I try and download InDesign App on CC it errors at about 40% of the download and says "Installation failed, unable to extract to temp directory"does anyone know what I need to do in order to sort this issue? I have previously downloaded Adobe Illustrator without a problem.

Thanks,

Sarah.

Sarah then you probably have insufficient file permissions under your current User account.  I would recommend verifying your installed security software is not blocking saving and extracting files in the temporary directory.  I would also recommend you verify you have correct file permissions for the temp directory.  You can find details on how to adjust file permissions at Error "Exit 6" or "Exit 7" | Install log | Read, write, system file errors | CS5, CS5.5.

Sarah this error means that there is either insufficient disk space or your current User account is unable to write to the temp directory.  How much disk space do you have available on your primary drive?  Also which operating system are you using?
