Installation Error P44

What to do, i cannot install adobe creative cloud. Update failed, then I deinstalled. Now its not working. It says Error P44. Thanks for suggestions, Stefanie

thanks, but unfortunately it doesn't work. the same error again :-(

Hi Stefanieh68930388,

As you have mentioned you are having trouble installing CC desktop app as it fails with an Error code P44, I would recommend you try the steps given under 'Solution 2' of the following help document: Resolve installation failure | Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application
