installation failed

All my installations still fail at 42% using the CC app, and they fail at 1% if i try a direct download, i get the installation failed, error summary which then takes me to a system requirements page. Ive tried every single troubleshooting idea and been through most of the pages in regards to this, im starting to think that something unique has happened with my mac that has made this software un usable.

-try some steps such as changing browsers and turning off your firewall

-also flush your browser cache so you are starting with a fresh browser
