installation failed

Kindly be informed that your computer must meet the following minimum technical specifications outlined to run and use Photoshop : https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/system-requirements.html 

If all system requirements meet, please try to uninstall Creative Cloud app and re-install Creative Cloud app from the direct download link :  https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html  and try downloading Photoshop from the Creative Cloud app.

I had a similar issue.

Make sure that you have all Windows updates that are available.

The one thing that was causing it for me, believe it or not, was that I needed to do a clean installation of the latest Studio graphics driver from the NVIDIA website. After doing that and restarting, all was OK.
