Installation Failed

I purchased an all apps subscription. But I can not install any apps from the creative cloud. It shows unable to sync. 

note: I took a subscription in an email for 3 days. Then I took another subscription in another email.

Please install the latest version of the Creative Cloud Desktop Client first and the try again.
