Installation Failed Premier Pro 2015.3

I am trying to download Premier Pro. It never gets past 2% and the red Installation failed warning comes up. I an Windows 7 pro 64 bit. For whatever reason Encore installed just fine. I did not try any of the others.

When I click on Learn More it just says, "Installation Failed. Unable to Copy the file Check permissions and try again". I have tried 10 times. Not much of a "More Information"

NO Adobe support again!! I have owned many Adobe products and have CS6 of PP. But Adobe will not support it but forces me to go CC. I finally try to do that and this happens. I try support and, yep, no support. I have to go to forums and wait and hope. Still not getting any work done! I thought Adobe WAS the brand name and stands behind their products. This is getting more and more frustrating!

    Hi,

Please empty the %Temp% folder ( Don't worry if few files doesn't get removed you can skip them )

1- Please do End Process/ Task from Task Manager in the same sequence as mentioned below from task manager. see, Open Task Manager

    • Creative Cloud
    • Core sync & Core sync Helper
    • CC library & CCX processes
    • Adobe Desktop Common
    • Adobe Update daemon
    • After this anything that says adobe on it do a force quit for it

2- Go to C:\Users\Lenovo\AppData\Local\Adobe - delete OOBE & AAM UPDATER folders from here 3- Go to C:\Users\Lenovo\AppData\Roaming\Adobe - Delete any folder that is for Photoshop CC 2015 4- After this navigate to the below mentioned folders :

    • C:\Program Files\ Adobe\ Premiere Pro CC 2015 - delete it
    • C:\Program Files\ Common Files\ Adobe\ Premiere Pro CC 2015 - delete it
    • C:\Program Files (x86)\ Adobe\ Premiere Pro CC 2015 - delete it

5- Go to Control Panel > Programs & Features > look for Microsoft Visual C++ Re-distributable 2012 x64 and x86 > right click Uninstall > a window will pop up select REPAIR after this restart your machine.

6- Now launch Creative cloud app again and try installing Premiere Pro CC 2015.
