Installation failure

I cannot install my adobe software because of this, "This code is from a country or region that does not match your Adobe ID." What do I do?

What country are you in, and where did you get the program?

I am in Botswana and I go the program from surfspot.nl (I school in the Netherlands).

if your adobe subscription is from your school, contact the school's i.t. department
