Hallo. Ich habe ziemlich die selbe Frage. Also Ich habe Lightroom 5 und habe mir das upgrade auf Lightroom 6 runtergeladen. und bei habe beide Seriennummern eingegeben und ich bekomme dann gesagt das es sich nicht um die original Software handelt. Woran könnte das liegen?.

    As you have encountered this error  "Installation failed - validation on Adobe-genuine errors", and assuming you are using a windows machine, I would request you to follow the steps mentioned on this link:- Warning: "Adobe Genuine Software Validation Failure..." in Windows​.
