Installation folders

Can I remove the folders left on the desktop after installing Photoshop Elements 10, Premiere Elements 10 and the extra content? They seem to be for installation only. How do I know I have the extra content?

    Do you receive a message about additional content being available for download when you open Premiere Elements or Photoshop Elements?

    No, I don't think so. I did run the downloaded install program and let

    it go to completion. Can I delete the installation folders on the desktop?

    Certainly although you may want to burn them to a DVD or copy them to an External hard drive first in case you need them again in the future.
