installation for CS5.5 failed, what is the next step?

Please help me install CS5.5, after running the installer I am notified that it could not complete the installation because of 6 error messages involving updates.  How do I correct the updates?

    Without proper system information and the detailed error messages/ install log nobody can say anything. As a start, run the cleaner tool and try again.

    My computer info:

    Dell Precision M3800 BTX Base

    4th Generation Intel Core i7-4702HQ Processor (6M Cache, up to 3.2 Ghz )

    16GB

    Nvidia Quadro K1100M

    Windows Professional, English, 64 bit

    Intel WIDI driver
