[Installation help] Error Code 21, but system requirements are met.

Goood day,

I recently bought a photoshop licence and had troubles installing creative cloud.

I am running on windows 7 with all updates till 2020 (end of support quality update)

My firewall is managed by ESET and is set on interactive mode (All connections in and outgoing are manually allowed and denied by me)

Proxy detected: WPAD
GetIEProxyInfo - Failed to get proxy for the url, error:12180
No default proxy present on the user machine

I wasn't able to find any more useful information in the ACC and WAM

I reinabled my Internet Explorer 11 again with a restart
I also have the latest version of Firefox installed, Opera GX and Brave.

Let me know if giving you some logs will help, I am well versed in computers.
