Installation issue after replacing motherboard

Hi All

Having downloaded and installed PremierePro through the Creative Cloud using ADM I have had to change the motherboard of the computer.

Started again - Photoshop and illustrator are working fine but PremierePro is nowhere to be seen.

ADM says the programme is installed and so won't allow me to repair or re-download.

I have found AdobePremierePro.exe, which I assume to be the application launch programme but when run I get a system error - the program can't start because exrces-c_3.0.dll is missing from your computer.

Any ideas on how I should proceed?

Thanks

Mike

See if the following helps:

http://pcsupport.about.com/od/findbyerrormessage/a/libgdk-win32-20-0-dll-not-found-missing-error.htm

If not, try searching Google using terms like you identified ("exrces-c_3.0.dll missing") and see what else is available regarding this error.
