DVD installed OK but password not accepted.  Cannot install Photoshop Elements 11.

    It is not clear where you are having a problem with what... first you say the DVD installed OK, then you say you cannot install.

    If you are having a problem entering a serial number, you need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues.
