Installation issues

Question

I was having issues with my creative cloud and apps so I went to uninstall it which I get a message saying completed with error. I tried restarting my computer, and used the cc cleaner tool and nothing seems to work. As when I try to reinstall it only gets to 14.5% as if it gets stuck. My mac is 10.12.6 Sierra (I probably bought around 2010 so it is older)... would that be the issue? Please help!

Thank you for posting your query here.

The minimum OS requirement for installing Creative Cloud products is macOS version 10.14 (Mojave) & the recommended version is macOS Catalina (version 10.15).

Please consider upgrading the Operating system in order to be able to install Creative Cloud products and recieves their timely updates.
