Installation issues with CS.

I've been working with CS1 Premium on my old G4 mac happily for years. Have upgraded to a new mac-mini running OSX 10.9 (to speed things up a little with larger graphics files) but CS1 won't install. What are my options (aside from spending lots of money on the latest software)?

Your option is likely to not abandon your G4 mac if you still want to use the CS1 applications.  CS1 applications are too old to be able to use on a new Mac system.

You would not be able to install CS1 due tio the activation server being out of commision.  You might be able to try to install CS2 if you visit the following page and follow instructions (owning CS1 qualifies you for this option):

    CS2: Error: Activation Server Unavailable | CS2, Acrobat 7, Audition 3 -
