Installation log files etc. (MAC)

Hi,

so, I am unable to install an app. To be more precise...

1. I follow all steps to  install an app(in my case photoshop)

2. I get to photoshop page and select, say, free trial and install

3.this happens

and then this

see now my issue is...I can't see the download progress, I can't see the downloading file location....and I definitely have no idea whether it is or has already installed(which I am pretty sure hasn't, as it was supposed to open upon completion of download)

    I did not face this sort of issue 2-3 months ago.

anyone with a solution, please assist.

Try reinstalling the CC Desktop App and then install from there:
