Mac or Windows, and EXACTLY which version of the operating system, and have you recently updated?

Recent Mac AND Windows operating systems have been known to cause "odd" problems

Are you using a computer Administrator account with full read/write permission?

Exactly which version of the program do you have that is causing problems?

Your title says Creative Suite, which was last issued in 2012

Do you really mean Creative Suite, or do you mean the Creative Cloud programs?

I have still installation problems.

I get the same errors

You tryed on different OS versions, but did you try also on different networks?

No i didn't, but sometimes the same installation packet is succesfully.

Can you analyse the PDapp.log? Can you see what going wrong?

I mean Creative Cloud and i have to try it on Windows 7 and Windows 10 and get the same 'error'.

And i use Administrator rights on the local machine
