Installation of apps.

I have previously asked for help with an Adobe Reader app installation 8 Feb

Things are just getting worse! I wanted to download the update for Zoom...I now have another card on my desk top saying "Waiting for other installations to complete"

I can't go back or continue (both buttons greyed out") nor can I delete the card...so stuck twice over.

Surely there is a way out of this?
