Installation of CS5

I have tried to install CS5 onto my computer and get get all programs to install exept Illustrator and Flash. I have done all the usual steps with firewalls and virus software. I unistalled and reinstalled and keep getting the same error. Photoshop and the other programs work fine but Flash and Illustrator will not install. Below is the error log.
