Hi there, I have a CS6 version and have just bought a new computer. It was years ago when I bought the CS6 and cannot remember if I had an adobe account to register it. (I've since created this new one) Can I still install the CS6 on my new computer using what serial numbers I have and having deactivated it in my old computer? Any help much appreciated. TIA

yes, as long as you have a compatible os you should be able to install it and use your serial number to activate.

if this you only had the one previous activation, you probably won't need to deactivate it first.  but if this would be your 3rd activation, you'll need to deactivate the previous ones and to do that you'll need to contact adobe support.

using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

click contact us (in the lower right)
in the chat field, type BILLING AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

Thanks, I had got in touch with someone yesterday and they told me they can no longer offer support for my product, they only offer support for latest versions

You need to go back to support and only tell them that you only want to have your activations reset.  The can do that.
