installation of Photoshop CS6 with bad serial number?

I downloaded Photoshop CS6 and successfully installed it, but cannot register it as the serial number does not work. What can I do?

    Hi Abhijit – I have solved the problem. It was due to the software being an upgrade version and it required the serial number of my previous CS5 install.
