Installation of photoshop in Creative Cloud App keeps getting stuck.

I've been trying for the last 24 hours to install the photoshop with the Creative Cloud desktop app but it keeps getting stuck in the 23 percent on the dowload. I've already uninstalled the Creative Cloud app and instaling it again but the problen keep happening. 

 

Please help!

I have this same issue, was yours ever resolved? I had Adobe support working on my computer remotely, MAC, for 4 hours yesterday without success. I have no Adobe apps working as of now. They said they have to escalate to a senior team... This is the 1st time I have had an install/upgrade issue, very frustrating!

Nope. I contacted the support team today and the gave me some things to do. I installed the creative cloud from ma mac, re-initialized the mac and installed with the alternative link. Unfortunately when I was installing the photoshop it got stuck again, this time in 2.6 per cent download.  I'm really starting to get frustrated with this after 3 days trying to fix it.

Randomly updated my printer driver and while that was dounloading the photoshop install downloaded also. Same thing with Lightroom but downloaded a random app and Lightroom install finished downloading also. Weird I know but at least I have Photoshop and Lightroom working.

Please Open Task Manager and close all Adobe processes like Creative Cloud, CLibrary, CCXProcess, Adobe Update Service, Adobe Genuine Software Service, Adobe Acrobat Update Service, AcroTray etc.

 

Please download the Uninstaller tool for Creative Cloud App from the following link on the affected computer: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

 

Once done, Please Open the web link : https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

And scroll down to the Section "Problems installing? Try alternative download links " and download the installer.

Sadly it didn't help. I was able to install the Creative cloud but once I tried to install the PS it got stuck again.  And my Internet connection is perfectly fine too.
