Installation of photoshop(none CSS)

While installing photoshop, the window that allowed me to select a path and such was not displaying correctly, almost like an HTML window, but the CSS didn't work.

Here's what it looks like:

Egor, what type of Creative Cloud membership are you using?  I don't see an active plan under the account you are using to post to this public discussion forum.

 

If you have an individual plan, then please try implementing the solutions listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/download-install-app.html to begin the download and install process for Photoshop CC.  The computer will need access to stable high-speed Internet to successfully complete the download and installation process.
