I have changed computer from Windows and when I install Elements 11 on my new Mac I get the following remarks :-

Could not register your product at this time.   Try again later.

Another message appears :-   Application components are missing from the application directory.   Reinstall.

A required application library failed to load.   Please reinstall.

I have reinstalled at least three times but without success.

Can anyone help me please.

Stanley

Elements 11 is old enough that it may not run on a Mac with El Capitan or Sierra

Installing Creative Suite on macOS 10.12 (Sierra)  may help
