Installation on MacBook Pro with Catalina

I have a MacBook Pro with Catalina and cannot get past 9.8% on installation. I called support and he couldnt figure it out either. Any ideas?

    I had the same problem! 

    Just intall this http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html and restart you Mac

      LWWilson, what Adobe application are you attempting to install on macOS 10.15?

      Best to go back to the old system and wait a couple of months, if you have a backup.
