installation path for desktop apps

hey there, 

My SSD Drive only has 128 GB drive which I don't want to use for programs.  How can the apps be installed in another drive?   I just reinstalled windows and now I don't want to install the CC apps again on C:    C is also used for One Drive and for that reason I had a lot of trouble due to lack of memory.

I want to install all the apps so I can use them whenever I need them.
