Installation problem

Hi,

My serial number has 8 digits and there are spaces for 6 digits. It won't accept 8. What do I do? Ellagator

    What product are you trying to install and are you using retail or education software? To make sure that you're entering the actual serial number, you might want to check Find a serial number.
