Installation Problem. Error code: A12E1

Hi, I am currently trying to open my Adobe Application Manager and Install a new App. I have currently installed Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. Now when I am getting a message reading: "Sorry, there seems to be a problem with the installation process (Error Code: A12E1)" Any help woul dbe much appreciated, thanks.

    Run the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool, reinstall AAM, let everything be reinstalled from scratch. Also restart the machine just to be sure...

    Thank you for the quick response, I am about to run the Cleaner Tool. Just a quick question, I am not experiencing any problems with the installed programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Do I still need to uninstall these programs before continuing? thanks.

    N.J. Design did you already try the solution offered by Kglad of reinstalling the Adobe Application Manager?
