installation problem photoshop cc 2015

Hello,

I had to uninstall photoshop cc 2015 and I have to reinstall it but at the time of starting the installation I have as an error message: the program could not initialize. Download Adobe Support Advisor to identify the problem.

I did it and he can not find anything and I have already tried a lot of things.

Picot59 what type of a Creative Cloud membership do you have?  From the description of the error it sounds like you are opening an installation file on your computer to begin the installation process for Photoshop CC 2015.  Is this correct Picot59?

If you have a Creative Cloud Individual membership then please begin the installation process through the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application.  Complete information regarding the installation process can be found at Learn how to download your Adobe Creative Cloud apps​.  If you have a Creative Cloud for Team or Enterprise membership then please update this discussion with the type of membership you are utilizing Picot59.
