Installation Problems

So, when I go to download Elements 14 with the installer, it pauses at 2% and doesn't move. Eventually the program shuts down and the error report is just "error not found." Not sure what to do. Help is appreciated.

    Hi Kcs71479265,

    To install the product, you need to be logged in as an Administrator.

    Hence try logging in through an Administrator account on your machine and then retry the installation.

    Also turn off any security software or browser protection tool installed on your machine for the time being and then try.

    Additional Information: running Windows 10 on PC, not in administrator mode
