Installation Problems with CS3

Hello, I  have had Photoshop CS3 for many many years now. It has worked beautifully!

Last week my Windows 7 in the middle of the night Windows 10 decided to install without my accepting it. Needless to say I was not a happy camper. I quickly found that CS3 no longer worked and with a little research I found that Windows 10 and CS3 are not compatible. So I reverted back to Windows 7.

STILL was having issues.

After contacting Microsoft and them going through my computer, seeing the issue I had to manually go through file after file in the registry deleting anything and everything Adobe Photoshop.  (Even trying to uninstall in programs wouldnt work)

Computer was completely clean of Adobe. Restarted after a Disc Cleanup.

Inserted my instilation disc, going through the steps and once again I get the message "You can only install one Adobe product at a time. PLease complete the other installation before attempting to install Adobe Photoshop CS3."

It is the only thing I am and have been trying to install. Nothing else. This was the same message I was getting before I got Microsoft involved. I have spent days cleaning out the registry! This time though Adope Photoshop is NOT showing up under programs.

I have never had an issue with my program before. I am in a crunch for time for pictures! Please help!

I have Windows 7

program is Photoshop CS3

4GB Memory (RAM)

64- bit operating system

Any other info needed??

Thank you in advance, I am at a complete loss in what to

do now.

Delete the caps.db and other installation files and run the cleaner tool.

Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems
