Installation process stopped working Lightroom Classic

Hello, I have a problem with download Adobe Lightroom Classic. I cannot finish installation process  beacuse it stop at 7 % or 8 % . I have all updates on my Windows 10. I used to have a lightroom but I reinstalled the system and it was removed and the computer cleaned.

I don't know what the reason may be and why the installation is interrupted instead of any error.

I am sorry, Soulen, but the errors you posted are not fatal and would not block the install process.  

 

Please download and run the CC Log Collector tool from http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html.  After the logs have been uploaded, then begin a chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html so that any errors discovered can be addressed directly.

Soulen, sorry you have experienced so many problems using the computer running Windows 10.  Can you provide more information regarding how the computer was cleaned?  What did that entail?  Was anything restored from a backup?

 

To locate the current error, that is preventing Lightroom from installing, please check the installation logs. Information on how to locate and interpret the installation logs can be found at http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cc.html.  Please post any fatal errors you discover to this public forum discussion.

Ok, when the installation stops at 7.6% to several hours in the Temp folder about 400 text documents saved, not created anywhere adobe folder. The files look that: WER9C9E.tmp.WERDataCollectionStatus
