Installation Sorrows [Unable to install Elements on OS X Sierra]

RE:  Adobe Case #0188261810 (Teetzel)

I bought PS Elements & PS Premiere Elements a few day ago, but have had no luck installing it...I always get an error message when I try to install the Install App.  I initiated a call to Adobe’s Support peoplel ast night.  I’ve tried various things this morning with no luck.

I have an iMac computer; running macOS Sierra v. 10.12 and my browser is Google Chrome.  I’ve used Adobe Element & Premiere Version 8 through Version 14 during the years on two different Macs.  I have had no luck installing Elements 13 or 14 after that software was uninstalled.  I have deleted all PS Element & Premiere programsand files in order to start a fresh plate for PS E & P Version 15.

I don’t know where to go with this problem now; There are no versions of PS E & P on my iMac right now

    What is the exact error message? Any error code?
