installation stops at 20 % ....

try to install PRO DC but there is a problem ... the installation process stops at 19 % , the ADOBE windows say there is a problem .... our internet connection is slow but running ( cable and wired connection )... tried to start from the beginning several times ( 5) ... same happens at ever occasion ... any advice ??
