I cant install my Photoshop elements Version 17. fro Jan. 2019 anymore !!

 

Get allways after download an error message 'browser or operating system is no longer supported'

 

WHAT !!??

 

I got Windows 10 with last updates, Internet Explorer 11, Edge

You may need to install the CC Desktop app before installing PSE.

I had to install the CC app on Windows 11 to install PSE 2018.
